While working at Chewy, I built and scaled three major programs: Partnership Marketing, Meta Collaboration Ads, and Paid Merchandising.

Highlights include:

  • Managed over $86M in annual budget for paid partnership merchandising across 30+ vendors. Launched 6+ custom brand stores, including ACANA, Stella & Chewy’s, and ORIJEN.

  • Launched and lead Meta Collaborative Ads, driving $560M in attributed revenue, 40% of Chewy site traffic, 3.6x ROAS.

  • Created a vendor-funded creative asset program, increasing production by 45% and reducing go-to-market timelines.

  • Executed 10+ GTM strategies for new product launches on Chewy, inclusive of: product pages, brand pages, and traffic generation.
