While working at Chewy, I built and scaled three major programs: Partner Marketing, Meta Collaboration Ads, and Paid Merchandising.
Highlights include:
● Managed over $86M in annual budget for paid merchandising across 30+ vendors.
● Consulted on 10+ GTM strategies for new product launches inclusive of: product pages, brand pages, and traffic generation.
● Led Meta Collaborative Ads program, achieving 3.6x ROAS and contributing $560M in revenue and 30% of total site visits.
● Created a vendor-funded creative asset program, increasing production by 45% and reducing go-to-market timelines.
