Blink Message Testing - 2022

During my time at Amazon Devices, I developed a robust testing roadmap to ensure we were reaching the right customers.

Leveraging market research from Amazon’s internal UX team, I created tailored messaging for five distinct customer segments. These were deployed during non-promotional periods to build effective retargeting funnels.

The most successful messages focused on home security and included a “Works With Alexa” tag—omitting Alexa commands entirely.

I also led the launch of a new Blink Mini variant with the tagline “Now in Black,” giving customers more options to match their home interiors.
